Fits and works. Time will tell its durability. As others have said, this drive is very difficult to replace; not the fault of the part, but the space around it. A video shows removing the nut holding the metal rail next to the drive and moving the rail out of the way. This was necessary for me as I have big hands. Even then, I have cuts and bruises from this confined space. I hope I never have to do that again. By the way, this was a friend's car I was working on and the cabin air filter was badly run down. It is possible that deposits formed on the filter, which interfered with the mixer flap and broke the gears in the old part.
