Volume +, Channel +, Channel - Easy to program with the original remote within 2.5-3 inches. Volume could not be adjusted, power and mute are not programmed until we bring the remotes close enough to touch them. The remote works well for an elderly woman with dementia who can no longer get the TV to work with the original remote. Attached the new remote control to the elevator remote control cable and attached some rubber bands to where the cables connect, hoping the remote control won't get lost 😬
