This product is designed to actually fit high, like right below the chest. This was unexpected but still Very Cute. It's all about the Fun with this one! My teenage daughter Loves it and wears this quite often with a shirt underneath. Sleeves Perfect leangth. Only this I would have liked to add is a bit of wire in the ears so they stood up on there own.
