This is not original

I am very disappointed in this product because it is NOT original. It's one thing for Revain to support vendors who offer us products at special prices, but it's quite another to sell something in the same packaging that is definitely NOT a genuine Kerastase product. This is a scam. I use this word with caution because cheating is when you claim something is a thing but it isn't. Not only is it not a Kerastase, it's a pathetic version of a conditioner. How I know: I buy this Kerastase product so I know what's going on - the smell, the texture and how it's affecting my hair. These two products are not related in any way. I tried it for 3 days and it damaged my hair so quickly. I have no idea what it is or what they put in it, but it's a false claim that it's Kerastase and Revain should take care of it. A real Kerastase mask smells much better and does what it says on the tin. to do and it costs a lot more. I hoped it was real. But that's not the case. I wouldn't buy from them and Revane has to say that you all can't sell that because you're not the real deal. If you did a chemical comparison it would be clear. Nothing like the real deal. Not even a decent air conditioner. I have dry curly thin hair so they are demanding! I'm sorry this isn't the real deal. And, oh yeah, they won't let me give them back. They should at least refund my money.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Waiting too long
