I like it better than the x-acto spare parts. With the original x-acto #11, the tip of the blade always broke off. Of course, it could also be me, but I noticed that the tip of these Nicpro blades doesn't break. That's why I prefer Nicpro blades. Nicpro blades are double sharpened. Someone said there weren't any, but the ones I got were. They are the same shape, size and oval cutout. The box closes securely. Since blade prices are competitive, I tend to switch blades more quickly. The quick blade change has really improved the quality of my projects. I would have switched to them a long time ago.
