I ordered these rolls of paper as I usually do for my kitchen and they were great but the last time I ordered they sent me the WRONG rolls I got 3 layers they sent me 1 layer. Talk about disappointment. I didn't use the reels thinking they could send me a new box if I sent them back but no I contacted customer service to try to send them back and got them to send me the correct box send but no reply. 2 stars for having to pay almost $70 for something I never got to use. This caused a frenzy in my kitchen until they sent me a new box which I paid almost $70 more for.
