My water temperature has not risen!

The cooler works fine. Installs in minutes. No leaks at the connection. I use two of these to chill the water for my 40 watt CO2 laser. I see no increase in water temperature when using a laser. This means that the radiators do their job perfectly. I use two 120mm fans with heatsinks.
