We bought this harness for our 17lb Shih Tzu mix who was attacked by a dog that we adopted from a family friend because he is now very aggressive and fits him perfectly. The neck opening is a little loose, but well, better than too small, and the chest/shoulder strap seems to sit comfortably on top. Of course I had to correct it, but otherwise everything is fine. The soft padding in the chest area is great for him because he just loves to pull while running. However, we completed it with a plain 1.20ft orange line because we couldn't find the right one, so I just finished it off with a black marker and that was it. The leash handle is user-friendly and the hook is strong yet easy to open. This set feels like it will last. The stitching is solid, the harness doesn't seem to heat up which is great, and the fabric on both the leash and harness feels solid and secure.
