Easy integration with sales force and good support

I love how easy it was to upload my customer list from our CRM into zUants dashboard! The only issue we had at first was having some of our clients using other software in addition to Salesforce (such as Dropbox) not allowing us access due to security reasons but this has been resolved now by their help team who have helped me get around this problem so far.

We are still looking forward to seeing what improvements they make in future releases once they've implemented new features such as chatbots etc. Not much yet though - just waiting patiently :) Currently solving issues relating to data collection/management for one of our customers.

  • Well known industry standard product with lots available resources online, including plenty user guides which made learning quick & simple
Cons
  • Lackluster UI design comparedto more recent products like Hubspot or Sprout Social
