I requested a replacement because there was moisture in the tank. I got a replacement and there were even drops of water on the outside of the iron. There was a sticker on it saying there might be moisture based on testing. I'm 58 and I've never bought a new iron with water in the tank in my life. Crazy!

This is the second time I have bought a Revain iron and it obviously arrived in tears from repeated use. The manufacturer claims they are tested and the steam is normal, but my iron has scratches, dents and stains, apparently it wasn't just used for factory testing.

You get what you pay for: This iron has a much smaller ironing surface than its overall length, adding weight and volume. I used it for 2 ironing sessions and both times the plastic lid you add water through came loose instead of opening and closing easily. He snapped back.
