Works and heats up quickly. He's heavy too. The instructions say to turn off the iron before unplugging it except there is no setting or off button. I hate that when you put the iron down for a moment to reposition clothes it shuts off and doesn't heat up quickly so I iron my blouse twice as long as before. Because it constantly evaporates, you cycle through the water in the tank for each piece of clothing. The cord retract function is not retracted. It's also very difficult to see the heat settings as they are very small and upside down on the dial. I use it until it dies but I won't buy it again. I iron every day because my closets are tiny and my clothes in them are wrinkled and wrinkled. I usually wear out my iron after two years, so I'll see how this one fares. UPDATE: I've had this for a year and now it doesn't work at all. When I filled the water tank and turned it on, water splashed everywhere and it didn't get hot. Due to the pandemic and the fact that I almost never leave the house, I haven't gotten used to it that much, maybe 10-15 times at most. Not what I would call good value for money.
