ORIGINAL POST: Unfortunately, this hardware does not keep what it promises. I only give 2 stars for the beautiful design. I'm not sure if I have a used or broken iron, but I lost water on this one ironing, a steam function that should put out good concentrated steam, either does nothing at all, or puts out little out of the bottom vents. Additionally, it emits random beeps as you move the iron, and the retractable cord doesn't retract more than a few inches at a time, requiring you to keep tugging and pulling the cord until it finally snaps back into the case. . Otherwise great iron. Sorry, Muller - I really like your salad bowl, but that iron is worse than my 30-year-old heirloom. UPDATE: DOWNLOADED TO 1 STAR Another chance as I can be confident that this Muller iron is a quality product and it was a "rare" accident that I received a used/defective item. Revain also refunded my money and offered to keep my original gift. a card issued by Muller to test their product. I love supporting small businesses so I relented and deleted my review and waited for my new device. Now imagine - AGAIN it wasn't new - not even that someone put the item on the box (which didn't look new at all) including the iron (see photos).First of all it had the same leaking issues as with the first time iron I got on. After I contacted the seller again, they basically told me there was nothing more they could and wouldn't do as they "have no control over what the Revain is" but they still hope I do. Not leaving them a negative review I figured I'd give them a third chance and order another iron - and yes you guessed right - another USED and WATER LEAK with a button steam supply that isn't working properly small amount of steam every few strokes or something So here is my HONEST review: This product sucks! This tells me there is an inherent problem with the hardware that the seller must have wives know as they have responded to numerous negative reviews and complaints about Revain , but still claim that this is very rare. Apparently the product is so bad that Revain only sends defective reused products. I find it hard to believe that the seller has no control over this and allows Revain to do this instead of withdrawing faulty products from the market. Finally, I want potential buyers to know that the overall high rating for this product is apparently due to the seller asking dissatisfied customers to remove their reviews in exchange for additional products or gift cards. I consider this to be a highly unethical business practice and I am ashamed that I was "bribed" in the first place to have my first honest review removed. So I feel compelled to clarify and share my experience with potential buyers. Mr. Müller, you certainly lost my future business, which makes me particularly sad as I am from Austria and I really wanted to like your products.
