Just received my package and was very happy to open it. My 2 year old wants to be a scavenger for Halloween. I have already bought the waste management patches to wear on his cap and the vest I gave him. That was the last part I was looking forward to. According to the description, it is a children's hat for children from 2 to 12 years. Let me tell you that I have a big head myself, one that will never fit in those "one size fits all" hats and this hat fit me perfectly and I didn't even have to adjust it and make it bigger. Very disappointed with the description. There were other hats I saw on the internet but this was the one advertised for children. They either sent me an adult version or kids have the biggest heads on the planet this hat was made on.
