In my rating they are small.
My daughter is a size 8, I bought a size 9 and they ran small. They are cute but I can't wear them because they seem too small for her. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning them so I'm keeping them but I was disappointed they didn't fit my daughter.

- Super easy to clean/wash. Cute for both girls and boys, there is some room to grow to real size and it's comfortable for toddlers
- Fell apart at the seams on first wear. They are really cute but I was very disappointed with the quality.
