No disputes with the company. Product does not match my new printer. I will not redeem.

Thought they would fit my new Brother MFC-J497DW printer. First I needed a black cartridge, everything seemed fine, even with? ink level mark. It costs a little mistake. Now I can't erase my inkjet printers to print black and used all colors to erase. All cartridges from this set are now installed, does everything show up? keywords. NO color printing and I used 1/3 of each cartridge to clean my inkjet nozzles.
