Buyer Beware. These filters are not what they claim to be.
I have been using 0.5 micron filters in my home water purification system for decades. Unfiltered water leaves a brown smelly scale in my water distiller boiling chamber. Filtered water leaves odorless pure white crystalline scale. With these filters the scale is brown and the water has a musty odor. When I hold the unused filter it is noticeably lighter weight than the 0.5 micron filters I have bought from other sources. I think this filter is not what it claims to be, so I requested a return/refund, but after a couple of weeks the seller has not replied.
- Easy to install and works great
- Not suitable for heavy water usage
