VERY DISAPPOINTED! suitable for household cleaning
I bought this instead of paying a carpet cleaning company. I went to the store to rent a Rug Doctor. Then I decided to buy from Revain at a great price. My nephew cleaned the whole house, two floors. But he said he couldn't walk stairs because he didn't have the right harness. When I got home the next day I couldn't wait to have my carpets completely clean. I was very disappointed! It looks like it has just been vacuumed but has not been shampooed at all! I am extremely disappointed. I don't understand why a carpet cleaning company can get my carpets so clean and Rug Doctor seems to have done next to nothing!
