Review on PRITECH by Matthew Frandsen

I have to admit that, as someone who frequently purchases personal care items online, my interaction with PRITECH was abhorrent. Finding what you're looking for on the website can be hard due to its poor navigational design and unclear categories and subcategories. And to make matters worse, the product descriptions are ambiguous and useless, giving me more questions than they do answers. When I did place an order, it took weeks to arrive—much longer than the website's claimed delivery time. And to top it all off, PRITECH's customer support is appalling. A nasty and unhelpful individual answered the phone when I tried to get in touch with them about the delay in my shipment and appeared more interested in getting me off the phone than helping me. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone to shop with PRITECH. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid the headache of needing personal attention.
