Design Flaw - 2 BAD FANS AND NO HUNTER FAN SERVICE SOLUTION

I have now installed two of these Hunter Dempsey fans. Both fans have the same error. Random blinking of the lights and no control of the device from the remote. I contacted Hunter Fan regarding both devices. The first was a direct flashback for the second fan. Installed a second fan with the exact same error. Every now and then the light flickers and I have to go to the main switch to switch off the entire circuit. So I called and emailed Hunter and got two different "fixes" for this problem. The first was with a support call where I was told the problem was with the skylight assembly. So they sent me a new light box which I knew wouldn't solve the problem because the box is just a metal disc, sockets and a few wires. So I installed it anyway, and lo and behold, the lights still start flashing randomly. So in the support email reply I needed a replacement remote receiver unit. We emailed back and forth to confirm the purchase and Hunter customer service fell silent. It's been a few weeks and a half dozen emails from me and still no response from Hunter. They never completed my order for a warranty replacement receiver. So I bought an aftermarket receiver from EOFIFEE and now the fan is working as Hunter originally hoped. NO HELP FROM HUNTER. THE ONLY SOLUTION WAS TO BUY A NON-HUNTER FAN AND A REMOTE CONTROL. I expected a lot more from a company like Hunter Fan.
