I think the chest and neck size is larger than the length
My dog is in between sizes and I think I should go down a size. It was a little big when she first put it on, but the length was perfect. I have a terrier/greyhound mix. She weighs about 41 pounds, I don't remember the length of her arm. As the day progressed, it expanded and grew huge on her. I liked the style of the sweater dress. The quality wasn't bad.
