I guess I'm not the only grandpa with a grandson who has no shortage of material possessions. Our seven year old grandson has so many toys and things that I'm afraid he doesn't really appreciate what he has. Finding a Christmas present that will make him happy can be a daunting task, but this toy certainly did it! He's also very interested in money (why isn't that a surprise?), but somehow he didn't have a bank yet, other than the piggy little toddlers often have. This gift may have been his favorite Christmas present. He left the rest of his presents to open later; immediately wanted to find out how the bank works, started collecting donations from family members to try it etc. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. No matter what secret code your kid likes to enter, you can always take the batteries out of the bank and the combination defaults to 0000. in money!). I may even buy this product again to give to another child in our family.
