What started out as an amazing experience with SkyTech Gaming quickly turned into a terrible one. I have already emailed customer service 3 times with no reply regarding my pre built PC I bought last year. With no technical support from SkyTech, I had to bring this computer to the Micro Center due to BSOD and constant crashes. They found superglue used to attach a plastic bracket to the heatsink, which they identified as the cause of the failure and the hardware issues. The processor and mobo need to be replaced. The power supply used (only 650W) was also burned out. This PC was AMAZING when I first got it. Poor craftsmanship and laziness prevented the durability of this building. SkyTech has cut corners to keep the price down, which is understandable, but with the right installation, this PC should have lasted much longer. I will never buy from this company again.
