Review on Quad Trimmer Carbon Steel Blades by Virgilio Feliciano

Works great on T-Moulding

I built a Lightning McQueen double bed for my grandson's 3rd birthday. I had to add a T molding around the edges and had to cut about 1/8" off each side. I read online that it was a tool for the job (after trying to use a new razor blade as a test. it didn't). it works too well.) I saw a YouTube video that gave good advice: To make a T-bar (especially if you have some radius on final install), lay the T-bar on a straight edge section, and trim it there first (move the T-shape along the straight edge in sections and trim each section as you go) to trim the entire roll of the T-shape before you do it paste into the final project.Learned the hard way: 1- Practice a little first to get a feel for how it works. At first I struggled with the tool to get a good cut. With practice I was able very fast very clean make more cuts. 2 - Follow the above advice from the YouTube video, especially if your project has a radius. 3 - Stop from time to time to disassemble and clean the blade. With. helped me a lot. In total I only had to cut 36 feeds of the T-profile, but when I was done the tool was still 100% working. Modeling on my arcade machines.
