Well made, I would have preferred a heavier one
I think this is a good knife - strong and sharp. It is relatively light in weight. In fact, I prefer a heavier blade with a set back center of gravity. There are two ways to rate this. For me it's 3 stars based on how I like to handle a large knife. However, I think a lot of people will enjoy it, and if you're looking to avoid a heavy knife due to arthritis or similar issues, it's probably 5 stars, especially as it's a very reasonable price. So I settled on 4 stars.
