I have been using it several times a day for a year. Solidly built, no damage so far. It goes up to your arm, wrist and slightly over your arm. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and some other unknown pains and to be honest not only is it great but the long term effects have reduced a lot of the pain I have had. The heat still works, while the eye massager I received (another brand, not Navatiee) lost heat at about the same time after a month. fits perfectly. You must be careful to center your hand properly when applying the most pressure. When you have a burr and your hand leans to the side with full pressure, it can hurt a bit, heh. But there are 7 print settings. So if you are careful this will never happen.
