Sharp blades suitable for rough cuts
The blades were very sharp. This is ideal for larger items and if you want to cut/dice into larger/thicker pieces. Unfortunately, when you want to cut small foods or get a finer cut, the gap between the blades and the bowl is too big for food to be thrown to the sides and stick to them, and the blades never touch it again. I tried using this spatula to push the food back to the center but it kept flying and stuck to the sides.
