As others have pointed out, no hardware. I was missing one of the mounting nuts, but there were screws for the cover. I had the right size nut in my stash so I didn't have to go to the hardware store. Since mine is installed in the trunk of my car for the side seat belts, I don't have to worry about weather protection. The grommets are not very flexible, if any, soft plastic rather than rubber. I wouldn't trust this to be weatherproof let alone waterproof. I wouldn't trust picking up the stone without cracking it either. It doesn't feel very strong in the hand. Although it works fine for my purposes. Facilitates maintenance of trailer wiring. This is the smallest form factor box I could find and it barely fits in the hole I have for it.
