I like that it is easy to use in combination with other systems such as LinkedIn etc., but also have many integrations available within one system which makes life easier when working together between different departments or companies! The user interface could be improved - some features are not intuitive at first glance (e.g. searching through candidates) so you need time getting used to how things work here compared to your current tool set. It's great if we can keep track across several platforms/tools simultaneously without having multiple copies lying around our desks collecting dust.
