Not the same as previous versions
I've used the last few generations of 1080s but this version seems completely different to me. They felt stiffer and had less cushioning/structure around the midfoot and foot opening. Also, there is no longer a protective plastic/rubber cap on the toe, so I'm concerned that my toe will be worn out in a few weeks. I really liked the new colors, but the production switch just didn't work for me.
