I've always heard the loud banging of toilet seats and lids in apartments above and next to me, but in my own apartment I never had to fret about it until recently I let a woman in and she turned out to be the lid. strike . . . went to home depot and they had a variety of slow close seats but only white or cream, i wanted gray and as always after some searching revain had exactly what i wanted. . . My guess is that this gray product was a limited edition and didn't sell well, so I'm glad I got it before they went missing.
