The best thing about web stats is that it gives me information regarding my visitors, which helps me in improving the user experience of my site by making changes to the design or functionality of the page as required by the data received from the statistics. It's very easy to use and requires no technical expertise to understand. I have not come across any dislikes in this product. We are using Web-stat for our online store for our clients. As we don't have an e-commerce platform like Magento or Woocommerce, Web-stat has helped us with the tracking of customer behavior and helping us improve our marketing campaigns. We can see how many people visit each page and what pages they browse through. This helps us to make changes to the layout of the page to better suit the needs of the users.
