I have neurodermatitis on my feet, they tear and bleed. Someone recommended this to me and said it keeps their eczema symptoms under control. When I received it I wasn't sure if it would work because it was so light. Initially I used it twice a day, morning and evening. It has a light clean mint scent and absorbs very well. After a week or two, the eczema symptoms really went away! I was surprised! Now I use it at night and put on a pair of socks before bed. So far, so good. No flare-ups with my eczema
