We have been using this foot balm for many years. I used to have cracked and dry heels, especially in summer when I wear more sandals. I did not receive the product I expected. #1. It wasn't sealed, which is unusual for creams and the like. It spread all over the inside of the box. #2. Didn't smell anywhere near the same as it used to. Not sure if that was even the flavor I ordered. However, if you received an open bottle - I don't even want an exchange - feel free to go buy it.
