I ordered 2 of these. One was a gift for my daughter. The images shows what was in her box. Notice that there is wood putty on one side! The adhesive pads for the feet were in the parts bag with the yellow protective sheets partially off. There was one adhesive pad stuck to one of the side rails, and NO adhesive pads actually stuck anywhere they were supposed to be. There were also lots of small Styrofoam pieces in the holes and she said the smell was unbearable. It also left dye or something on her hands after handling. This thing was obviously already returned, WHY would you just ship it to someone else? For over $60, I expect more.The ladder I received had mild splintering as others have noted but otherwise was decent enough to put together. This is a very lightweight wood - again for over $60 I would expect a little more. My daughter is getting mine and the seller wants her returned. I honestly would just burn it.
