Review on πŸ‘œ Secure and Stylish: Tresori Women's Real Leather RFID-Protected Two-fold Wallet with Buckle Design by Elizabeth Morton

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Bad seam. Very thin glued leather. Too short for a checkbook if you still use it

This is a "genuine leather" stamp. However, this is not an official skin class. While it feels soft and smooth, it's very thin so I don't expect it to last very long. Bonded leather is still real leather, but it's made from scraps that are glued together and then textured, to which a chemical "leather scent" is added. This is the lowest quality leather (with the possible exception of patent leather). It really does have a huge number of slots. If you ever filled them all, it would be a very fat wallet. As you can see in the first picture it has 2 different transparent compartments. Long full size, not 2 separate. It's not that useful, but it's not that important. They are both covered with a mesh screen rather than plastic. Presumably they are RFID bags. (Sorry I didn't test them, I don't have the criminal hardware for that ;) The card section has one latch, and there is a second latch that closes the entire wallet. I love the way it looks and while I don't need that many slots I would still use it if it wasn't for 2 things. 1. My checkbook doesn't match. The wallet is shorter by about 0.25 inches. Of course, I don't technically use checks out of the office anymore (I still use them once a month for my janitor), but I still like having them on me. 2. The stitching here is pretty bad. Because it's a contrasting white thread, it's very eye-catching. Even in her own photo listing, the seams are uneven and clumsy. The buckles are cute, but it's a pretty cheap wallet. I can't get more than 2 stars.
