Much cheaper and just as effective as a deep tissue massage device...

I thought this set of massage balls would be the perfect complement to our exercise bands. My husband uses them when he goes through his physical therapy routine. He may get a little nauseous afterwards, but it's not always a routine. I personally like the idea of working or getting rid of pain rather than treating it with medication. I rarely take as much as aspirin and prefer an all natural approach to pain relief and control. One of the first things I did, besides learning about this set of massage balls, was to visit the Acupoint website. I read a bit about how balls can help relieve pain. This set appears to be a new advanced set. It's certainly a lot cheaper than buying a deep percussion massage machine. These balls are just a homemade version, and a good one. The quality is very good as far as I can tell. There are several short tutorial videos on YouTube that give lots of advice on how to use them effectively. There will be some learning curve in learning how to master them in order to be effective. I am very satisfied with the high quality massage ball set that I see and the comparatively cheap price.
