At 5ft 10in it helps me dissipate winds up to 60+/-mph, after that I feel it again. 2 things before trying to install. 1 Make sure you have a ratcheting swivel head (you will need this AND hex nuts), 2 You will need something to mark the alignment of your headlight as you will need to lower this for this install.
