The customer service is great in this product; they help you with any questions that arise during your implementation process or even after go live. I have had no issues at all since we implemented it into our system. It's been almost three months now and there haven't really been many problems to deal with. We can use the chat feature when something goes wrong but other than that everything works well! There isn't anything bad about using Chatto. If anyone asks me what my favorite thing was while implementing Chatto, I would say just how easy it made things so much easier not having to send emails back and forth anymore between departments within an organization.
