20 years ago I bought these two beautiful incomparable sofas in a rich saddle orange. Over the years there have been stains from water (yes, water droplets stain aniline - which is odd because this is the most expensive type of leather - you'd think it wouldn't be any less durable), oil, beverages and other things. I got a leather cleaning kit with it, but it ran out and I've been pretty lazy about maintaining my leather. Someone (not me!) left a secret place to sit. I have a technique where I break the demarcation line and work the stain into the skin. I do this with a cleanser (like Dawn) - massage, roll and pinch as I walk. I wanted to take it a step further and prep my skin and this conditioner was amazing. The cleaner smells of ammonia and foams on the supplied soft sponge. I apply 2 coats of conditioner and will reapply every 6 months as directed. I have 2 large double sofas with removable cushions, another small sofa, a small lounge chair and a desk chair. There's a lot left. good product at a fair price.
