Enough to stretch the heel in Milwaukee motorcycle boots
I've come across one of my boots that hasn't fitted me since I've had it and that heel is getting harder and harder to put on as I wear out I finally bought a shoe horn to put them on and now also gently stretch them so I can wear more comfortable socks while riding. I was skeptical at first but they really needed to be squeezed into my size 7 boots and they applied enough pressure to help me in a jiffy. Also, cedar is good, you can always brush it up with a little sanding where stretching doesn't count.
