Works great, but for how long?
This antenna was a gift so I didn't buy it myself. I've been installing antennas for over 35 years before there was cable. The performance far exceeded my expectations as I initially got 38 channels and dropped to 18 the next day. All local channels remained clear and stable. The construction is bad and I'm afraid what will happen to it if a heavy bird climbs on it. A magnifying glass is required to read the instructions. Most laypeople may have difficulty assembling. I would only approve of it for the attic.
