I received a used product. It arrived in a plain clear plastic bag which was unsuitable for a very thin curved wire antenna. All the wheels are wrapped in some sort of rope or fur. There is no button on the back of the remote or anything like that. Not sure what should be there. There are no instructions as there is no original packaging. The head of the tiny battery cover removal screw is completely removed and cannot be removed. Any company that lets a product, no matter how big or small, come out this way is obviously not proud of its image. Ashamed!
