I bought these for cooking but they have come in handy for many other things: 1. Camping food - easy to pack in the fridge (leaks)2. Take food to a neighbor or pot 3. Bake chicken when the water runs out during a snow storm (didn't want to mess up the non-washable pan!) 4. Bake for friends5 where they serve barbecue and corn on the cob if I forgot buying paper plates, when I use them I put them on a baking sheet; They are not strong enough to bake without something underneath. But they are a surprisingly comfortable size. I would say 3 pans = a 9x13.
