Great scissors and great customer service!
My first review was not very good because when the scissors arrived the body was already detaching from the scissors. Support saw my review and responded almost immediately. They apologized and sent a new pair. The new ones looked great and cut like a dream. If I can hide them well enough that my family doesn't use them for everything around the house from paper to plastic, these scissors will last a long time.
