So you're spending $130 on a toy that can't even come with batteries? How annoying is that? I paid that much and then went back to the review and all of a sudden it's $99? The cards that come with it are NOT working so we can't change the color of the collar and its "mood"...it doesn't respond to its name. or commands, no matter how loud we say it, how clearly, how softly, how near or how far. It is hopeless. My daughter loves this toy even though it does 20% of what it should. For something this expensive, I want it to at least work most of the time. We can't change the name, we can't do anything with it. Now he's sleeping and we can't wake him up until we turn him off and on again. Yes, I've tried resetting it on the back of the collar tag and that doesn't work either. He just cocks his head to the side and whimpers when you try to use one of the order cards.
