Review on Roll On Turnplates Set For QuickTrick Alignment System by Brandon Boones

Don’t buy this in my review

Would not recommend buying these, this is the second time I’ve ordered a "quick trick” product and have been extremely disappointed.Firstly, the countersunk bolt they use to secure the plate to the table was ground way to short causing it to come apart in transit. There’s not even one full thread of engagement. Now it won’t thread together at all. And I suspect once I replace the bolt with a correct one, it will have a tendency to back itself off when you actually have the weight of a car turning on it.Secondly, the magnetic scale they provide covers the line on the table it’s supposed to align with. And if you put it on the plate instead the radius doesn’t match up. If anything the measuring scale (on the magnet) should face inward not outward so you could just draw a line on the plate and actually get an accurate measurement. Also would be great if it showed more than 40*For such a simple product to be so fundamentally flawed from a company that claims to be "a leader in portable & affordable alignment equipment” is beyond me.

Pros
  • The Roll On Turnplates Set is incredibly easy to use, making it a convenient choice for anyone who needs to perform detailed vehicle alignments quickly and efficiently. With their sleek design and effortless maneuverability, these turnplates offer a level of precision and reliability that is hard to match
Cons
  • The turnplates are made of plastic, which may not be as durable or long-lasting as metal alternatives, potentially leading to the need for frequent replacement
