It's not stable like an ironing board, so it moves a little when you put it on the table; but that's exactly what I need for a small motorhome. I can pull it out quickly and fold it up easily. I love the velcro feature that allows me to just roll it up and fasten it. I give 4 stars because the smell is terrible. I had it next to my towels but had to move it because the towels gave off the same chemical smell. After I moved it the problem was solved and I can deal with the smell. It's not strong enough to smell throughout the van, so I don't mind. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.
