Same experience as Jeb X. Ordered the one in the picture but received a remote that looks like the original remote. It works now - lasts longer than the original remote (less than 6 months) so I was looking for a compatible remote with a different shape that could be better. We will see
- No programming or pairing required. Just put in new batteries and it's ready to go
