Mama found these in 2010 and has been using them and my most important decorative hangers ever since! Very easy to install, leaving a hole a few mm wide and easy to remove. Holds a lot of weight too! I really can't think of anything decorative that they don't hold. It's also very easy to place exactly where you want as you just mark a point to place and put a hook point there, plug it in and that's where the item will hang.
