Exceptionally suitable.
I bought this dress for my daughter who is a size 7/8. The dress fitted her perfectly. The belt that came with it was big enough to wrap around her twice, but the holes didn't line up enough for her to wear it. It was one of her favorite parts of the dress and unless we poke our own holes in the waistband she won't be able to wear it until she is a teenager or older! Very disappointing that the seller does not guarantee ALL the clothes are true to size.
